What's covered
If your Lymphora ever breaks, fails, or stops working as it should, we will repair it or replace it — no matter what, no matter when, no questions asked.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects — anything that was not built right
- Material failures — components that wear out or fail
- Wear, tear, and breakage from regular use
- Damage from accidents, mishandling, or anything else life throws at it
There is no time limit. There is no fine print. There is no list of exclusions. If it breaks, we will make it right.
How to file a claim
It's simple:
- Email admin@lymphora.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Include a photo of the problem if you can.
- We will respond with next steps — usually either shipping the item back for repair, or sending out a replacement directly.

Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at admin@lymphora.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right under our warranty.
Why we do it this way
Most companies offer "limited" warranties packed with exclusions, time limits, and proof-of-purchase hoops. We do not. When you buy a Lymphora, you are not buying a product with an expiration date on its support. You are buying something we will stand behind for as long as you own it.
