We stand behind everything we make. Every item we sell is backed by our Unlimited Lifetime Warranty: if your product ever breaks, fails, or stops working as it should, we will repair it or replace it — no matter what, no matter when, no questions asked.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures
- Wear, tear, and breakage from regular use
- Damage from accidents, mishandling, or anything else life throws at it
There is no time limit. There is no fine print. If it breaks, we'll make it right.
To file a warranty claim, contact us at salikh@lymphora.com with your order details and a description (and, if possible, a photo) of the issue. We'll respond with next steps, which may include shipping the item back to us for repair or sending out a replacement directly.
Damages and Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at salikh@lymphora.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right under our warranty.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
