SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the mobile messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Lymphora Technologies LLC (doing business as “Lymphora”) (“Lymphora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and/or non-marketing text messages from Lymphora at the mobile number you provided — including messages about special offers, discounts, product and service updates, order and shipping notifications, demonstration or appointment reminders, and customer-service replies. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (855) 333-5494. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The Program is available to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://lymphora.com/pages/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
